Seminar in FIDE, on "The Director and their representative: Rights and Responsibilies"

Our Of Counsel and Professor of Commercial Law, María Ángeles Alcalá, and Judge from the Technical Cabinet of Civil Law from the Supreme Court, José María Blanco Saralegui, held a seminar in FIDE, on “El administrador persona jurídica y su representante: deberes y responsabilidad” ["The Director and their representative: Rights and Responsibilies"]. During the presentation, they analysed the compatibility and adaptation of the General Legal Framework for Directors, in terms of managing companies, their interpretations of problems and practical application, and the solutions for a coherent regulation of their example figure.
