Pablo is the partner in charge of the Finance and Banking practice.
With more than two decades of experience, Pablo specialises in domestic and international structured finance, syndicated credit, direct lending, securitisation and secondary debt market (NPLs) transactions. In particular, he is one of the market’s leading experts in complex real estate project finance structuring. In this regard, he works mainly with financing funds, developing both domestic and international transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Pablo has been a partner in both national and international law firms, including American and magic circle firms, having been a member of the Board of Directors in some of them.
He is recognised by leading legal directories such as Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
