Pedro Soriano leads a multidisciplinary team that provides legal advices in the various areas of business to Italian companies with interests in Spain. Our Italian Desk is also in contact with the main Italian law firms, enabling us to provide high quality legal services to our clients with investments in Italy.
Our French Desk is led by Luis Rodríguez-Ramos. It comprises a multidisciplinary team of lawyers who are fluent in French and have specialist and in-depth knowledge of the French market.
We provide comprehensive legal advice to French-speaking companies with investments or business activities in Spain, as well as to Spanish companies operating in France and other French-speaking countries. We also work with other leading law firms where required.

With the support, where required, of the leading firms in each of the countries with which we work closely, from our Madrid office we offer our Spanish or Latin American clients comprehensive legal advice. For such purpose we have a multidisciplinary team of lawyers (led by partners from our M&A, Finance & Banking, Tax, Litigation or Administrative Law & Regulated Sectors Practices) who have in-depth knowledge of the region and extensive experience in advising Spanish clients in Latin America and Latin American clients in Spain.
