To this end, our Firm has implemented an Internal Reporting System through which the Firm's professionals and certain third parties can report the commission of any of these conducts within the scope of the activity of our Firm or any of our professionals.

This Internal Reporting System, which is an essential element of our Criminal Risk Prevention and Management Model, offers the appropriate guarantees to ensure that all communications are carried out respecting the rights of the parties, especially with regard to the confidentiality of the informant's identity and protection against any type of retaliation.
