Julia is currently a Senior Associate at Ramon y Cajal Abogados. She joined Madrid’s office in 2021.

She is focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and commercial contracts. Moreover, she advises on M&A transactions, corporate transactions (incorporations of companies, amendment of bylaws, corporate restructurings, capital increases, etc.). In this role, she is also responsible of drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, as well as all aspects of the daily management of the companies (assisting general meetings and boards of directors).

Before joining Ramon y Cajal Abogados, she worked five years as a lawyer at RCD (Rousaud Costas Duran), where she worked in the corporate and commercial field with an end-to-end vision, with specialized in the energy sector. Before joining a law firm, she gained valuable experience as a lawyer in a crowdfunding platform called CrowdCube for one year.
