José María is Senior Associate of the Civil Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration practice area and has extensive experience in all types of legal disputes, in particular those relating to financial products, contracts and construction. He also has experience in legal disputes concerning the right to honour, privacy and one’s own image, having acted as counsel at all levels of legal proceedings. He also advises individuals and companies operating in the sports industry and acts on their behalf in legal proceedings before the ordinary and arbitration courts.
