Disciplinary Capacity of Governmental Law

The Department of Governmental Law and Regulated Sectors at Ramón y Cajal Abogados regularly advises individuals and private entities in matters relating to the disciplinary capacity of governmental law, in a preventive manner and in proceedings in which public administrations may incur as a result of allegedly committing an administrative infraction (preliminary actions, allegations, evidence, etc.), including contentious-administrative appeals that may be lodged against potential penalisation resolutions. Our experience also includes advising public entities in relation to the correct exercise of their disciplinary power.
