Lawyer at Ramón y Cajal since 1990, and partner of the Litigation Department since 1998.
During all these years, as a specialist in economic and tax criminal procedural law as well as in civil procedural law, he has assumed the defense and legal direction in different criminal and civil proceedings, in all instances, including the Supreme Court, the National High Court and the Constitutional Court.
He is also secretary and vice-secretary of the boards of directors of investment services companies, listed and supervised by the Bank of Spain.
