Eduardo Reigadas is Senior Associate of the Civil Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration Practice and joined the firm in September 2010.
Within the area of Litigation, he has experience in all civil and commercial legal proceedings, focusing in particular on disputes relating to bank and securities market contracts and agreements and enforcement proceedings and procedures in commercial matters (challenging of corporate resolutions, directors’ liability, etc). He also has experience in advising on matters concerning general private law and insolvency law.
He acts as lawyer in national and international commercial arbitration before various arbitration courts (ICC, CIMA, Spanish Court of Arbitration, etc.) and has been secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal.
