Experience

Coral joined the Commercial Law Practice of Ramón y Cajal Abogados in 2017 as Of counsel, after practising for 11 years as a commercial lawyer at a leading national law firm and for 12 years on a freelance basis as a lawyer specialising in matters relating to commercial law, foundations law and family and inheritance law.

She has extensive experience in matters relating to commercial and financial law and specialises in M&A, financing and refinancing and corporate law, advising both national and international clients.

She also works with the Litigation Practice on matters relating to family law, separation and divorce proceedings, parent-child relationships and incapacitation and change of capacity procedures, as well as in matters relating to inheritance law.

Education

  • Masters in mediation from the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid (Madrid Bar Association) (2007-2008).
  • Special degree in European Law from the Institut d’Études Européennes, Université Libre de Bruxelles (1992-1993).
  • Degree in law (Special Group) from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid (1987-1992).
